General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Definitions
1. Website – the website available at https://agents.nomore.engineering.
2. Owner – NOMORE ENGINEERING spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Św. Leonarda 2A/2, 60-654 Poznań, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto w Poznaniu, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001101372, tax number: PL781-206-91-03, e-mail address: [email protected], phone number: +48 503 021 851.
3. User – any natural or legal person using or accessing the Website.
4. Job Offer – any listing, advertisement, or posting on the Website submitted by a User containing information about a potential AI Agent-related position or collaboration opportunity.
5. Feedback – any comment, opinion, or statement submitted by a User regarding the Website, its functionalities, or its content.
§ 2 Preliminary Provisions
1. These GTC govern the rules for using the Website.
2. The Website enables Users to:
• View Job Offers for AI Agent positions posted by other Users.
• Post their own Job Offer for AI Agent positions, optionally including an email address for contact purposes.
• Request the Owner to facilitate contact with the creator of a particular Job Offer (by submitting their own email address).
• Submit Feedback about the Website (anonymously).
3. The Website does not currently sell any products or services, nor does it allow Users to register or create an account.
4. These GTC are available on the Website at all times and may be downloaded, reproduced, saved, or printed by Users.
5. By using the Website, the User acknowledges and agrees to these GTC. If the User does not agree to these GTC, they should cease using the Website immediately.
§ 3 Terms of Use
1. Posting Job Offers
1.1. Users may post Job Offers for AI Agent-related positions or services.
1.2. By posting a Job Offer, the User confirms that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and lawful. The User is solely responsible for the content of the Job Offer.
1.3. Job Offers must not violate any applicable laws, including but not limited to those concerning intellectual property rights, privacy, or defamatory content.
1.4. Users may optionally provide an email address in their Job Offer for contact purposes. If another User expresses interest or requests contact, the Website’s administrator may reach out to the Job Offer poster using the provided email address, to see if they are willing to be introduced.
2. Viewing Job Offers
2.1. Users can view Job Offers freely.
2.2. The Owner makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Job Offer. Users should perform their own due diligence before relying on any posted information.
3. Contact Requests
3.1. Users may request the Owner to facilitate contact with the creator of a Job Offer by submitting the User’s email address.
3.2. The Owner will manually reach out to the Job Offer creator and ask if they wish to communicate with the requesting User.
3.3. The Owner does not guarantee that the Job Offer creator will agree to or respond to such requests.
4. Prohibited Content
4.1. It is prohibited to post or transmit any content on the Website that is illegal, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes upon the rights of third parties.
4.2. The Owner reserves the right to remove any content that violates these GTC or applicable law.
5. Website Availability
5.1. The Owner shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Website operates properly but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5.2. The Owner may suspend or limit access to the Website due to technical, maintenance, security, or other reasons without prior notice.
§ 4 Liability
1.Content Liability
1.1. Users bear full responsibility for the correctness, legality, and reliability of any content they post, including Job Offers or Feedback.
1.2. The Owner does not monitor, edit, or endorse User-created content before it is posted and accepts no liability for such content.
2.Limitation of Liability
2.1. The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” The Owner disclaims any warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Website content or any content posted by Users.
2.2. The Owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Website, including but not limited to errors or omissions in the content.
2.3. Users acknowledge that any agreements, transactions, or other dealings they enter into with any third parties found on or through the Website are solely at their own risk.
3.Third-Party Websites
3.1. The Website may contain links to other websites or resources. The Owner is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and is not liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.
§ 5 Personal Data and Privacy
1. Data Processing
1.1. By submitting a Job Offer, Feedback, or contact request, Users may provide certain personal data (e.g., email address).
1.2. The Owner will process such data for the purpose of providing Website functionalities and facilitating contacts between interested Users.
2.Privacy Policy
2.1. Details of personal data processing and Users’ rights with regard to their personal data are contained in the Website’s Privacy Policy.
2.2. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these GTC.
§ 6 Intellectual Property
1.Ownership of Content
1.1. All trademarks, service marks, logos, and text on the Website, except for User-posted content, are the property of the Owner or its licensors and are protected by relevant intellectual property laws.
1.2. Users are not permitted to use any protected materials without prior written permission from the Owner or the respective rights holder.
2.User-Posted Content
2.1. By posting content, the User grants the Owner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation of the Website.
2.2. The User retains all intellectual property rights to the content they post.
§ 7 Force Majeure
1. Neither the Owner nor the User shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform their obligations under these GTC if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond their reasonable control (force majeure).
2. In the event of force majeure, the affected party shall notify the other party as soon as reasonably practicable, indicating the anticipated duration of the event’s impact on its performance.
§ 8 Online Dispute Resolution
1. Consumers in the EU – The EU Commission provides an internet platform for online dispute resolution (the “ODR platform”). The ODR platform is accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
2. The Owner does not engage in out-of-court dispute settlement procedures before consumer arbitration bodies.
§ 9 Final Provisions
1. Nothing in these GTC is intended to limit the statutory rights of any User who is considered a Consumer under applicable law.
2. These GTC and any matters arising out of or related to their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Polish law.
3. If any provision of these GTC is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, the original intentions, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
4. The Owner reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The updated GTC will be posted on the Website with an indication of the date of the last update. Further use of the Website after such changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the new version of the GTC.
